We were advised to go to the highway where there are many restaurants. Since there were no taxis available and traffic was a problem, we decided to walk to the highway. Along the right side of the strawberry farm, we found souvenir shops and some small eateries known as carinderias. Normally, we don't eat at carinderias because we worry about cleanliness. However, we came across a place called Summer's and decided to give it a try. It was only 8:00am, but the food was already prepared and looked appetizing. They offered Filipino favorites such as Adobo, Tinola, and Ginataang Kalabasa, as well as organic coffee and teas. The food was delicious, with a homemade taste, and the prices were affordable. Summer's even gave us discounts on our rice orders, with a cup of rice and viand priced at P68. Organic coffee cost P30, while coffee with creamer was P35. If you're visiting the strawberry farm, make sure to stop by Summer's, the 6th store on the way to the entrance of the farm, next to the big gray/black gate.
