Badu Cakes & Coffee - Trinidad

The kafe is a must try.. being with your significant other or with your friends makes it more special, the foods and atmosphere and the service offered is a thumbs up! Love the teas, taco, pastry and the main dishes...

Upon sitting down a detox drink is already serve for us. We did order the badu pasta, nachos and la trinidad cake which is the best. I love it! I'll be coming back for more.

Must visit! Food, experience and location! They do put emphasis on freshness and quality. Try their BADU rice and pasta. They also have great coffee which was sourced and roasted locally - truly excellent.

We tried the baked chicken, monster frappe and their signature cakes (lemon and chocolate). Perfect! My wife was really impressed by how this cafe was able to come up with such a balanced menu of local and international cuisine. Kids loved the sweets of course. What I really like about this diner is they were able to sell postcards which I gladly purchased and send back home. The experience was complete from food to purchasing gifts for my friends.

This restaurant is a hidden gem located in a secluded area that may not seem impressive at first glance. Despite its small size and quiet atmosphere, the service was welcoming and attentive. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Even though it was still early in the evening, we indulged in cocktails to ward off the cold, rainy weather. Don't be deterred by the location or the staircase leading up to the restaurant - the experience is worth the effort.
