Leo's Café - Trincomalee

A large small beach café serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. It belongs to Pension Bella nilaveli, but is open for everyone. The food is good with fresh vegetables from your own garden such as tomatoes, carrots and eggplants. Juices and drinks are fresh and delicious. Try the coffee affogato.

Anna's place is really cozy with a large lush vegetable garden and a pool that we and the children enjoyed a lot! Walking distance to the perfect Nilaveli beaches endless and empty. We love the restaurant and surely the real Italian style coffee hard to get in sri Lanka!

Food and drinks were great. There is also a cool shop with products and souvenirs.

This is a lovely cute place with a beautiful swimming pool and and a stunning garden. The food is excellent, super fresh sea food and lovely Italian dishes all with authentic taste and super fresh ingredients. I loved Peter and Fiore the dogs they are so friendly and cuddly. Was reading a previous review actually about someone complaining about the pets of this lovely family owners and it got me so frustrated. He called these 2 lovely dogs stray while they are their pets rescued from the danger of the road. I'd like to say to this insensitive and ignorant person, do you read about a country before to visit it? Did you know that is Sri Lanka there are 4 million stray dogs? Everywhere I visited in Sri Lanka there are dogs even stray because local business are the only thing they can rely on, they are completely abandoned by the government and only a few organisations operate in the territory, in Nilaveli none. So please instead of thinking about your wellbeing only be a bit empathetic towards the country you travel to, and please read about the place you visit otherwise stay in the western world clean, perfect and fake!!!! Leo's café is a great example of humanity and food is super delicious!!!

The food is very tasty but definitly too expensive...same for drinks.
