Preni Restaurants - Trincomalee

Very nice place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We have eaten three times here and all dishes are really tasteful. Very friendly family. Once they opened their place before opening hours, so we could have breakfast before our snorkel tour.

Cozy and affordable place with delicious food. Definitely worth visiting

For dinner I visited the place with my extended family, total of 8 adults and two kids. We were from Colombo and wasn't familiar with the neighborhood, but Google Maps helped us in finding this perfect spot! Since it was a large crowd appeared without a reservation, the owner had to call in help from his family. However, the food was served without any delay, and it was yummy! Portions were plenty and we even asked a few dishes to be packed, which they happily accommodated. Owner's family was friendly, and we truly enjoyed our experience! In fact, we returned on the day after too!

Good place to take a rest in Trincomalee. Good food, good drinks and staff kindly. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area!

It was slow season when I visited, so there was only one other person in the restaurant and one person served and cooking! I ordered the ginger chicken and the salad, both were delicious! Had chocolate ice cream for dessert [sought chopped banana in it and he did it! and it was delicious. If you don't like your food, tell them. Many restaurants in Sri Lanka about salt the food. Everything here was made from scratch so he could adapt. No alcohol license, so BYOB if you want a beer or wine!
