Basileo - TRAMONTI

We loved to stay here and talk to Francesco and the family. They all were amazingly helpful and nice to us. The place is a bit old fashioned. I suppose we are used to a more modern/urban style. They cook mainly from what they have in the garden and it is exquisite and superbly cooked. Jams are delicious!! Thank you for everything.

Easy five stars for the incredibly friendly welcome, beautiful setting and amazing food. We took a motorhome and used the camping facilities so can't comment on the accommodation. But washing facilities were great. Highlights are the vineyard, the beauty of the setting and the food. Also, they could not have been more helpful arranging some scooters to get us down to the coast. This made a huge difference and allowed us to explore without having to get out in the wagon each day. Overall, a beautiful site with the most incredible home- made food and wine. Just epic and a highlight of our trip. Thank you!

It is great to be in such greenery, nestled in the mountains and lots of little things going on. We stayed at the end of our trip and found it so relaxing. Pompeii was not far and the Amalfi cost the other way was not far. Recommended it!

The campsite itself was very nice however I would not recommend the food. €30 for poorly cooked food and very small portions. This was frankly a rip off. I would recommend staying here but eat in the town nearby until they learn to cook.

The exclusive experience of making my pasta meal was a culinary delight!!! If you're in the Tramonti area, make sure you experience this lovely family's food and wine!
