Uno - Tralee

I was extremely disappointed with this restaurant! While passing through Tralee one evening a few weeks ago, my party ordered four pizzas to go as we were short on time. When we opened one of the boxes, we found a fake nail beside the pizza. I called the restaurant and the employee I spoke with admitted to knowing whose nail it was when I described it, but then refused to give us a refund. I asked to speak to the manager, but was told he was out of the country and running the restaurant remotely. I left my number and requested a return call, but never heard back. The lack of professionalism was incredibly disappointing.

The spaghetti bolognese had a perfect blend of flavors that will delight your taste buds. The onion rings were flavorful and fantastic. The pizza was delicious and cheesy. Highly recommended!

This restaurant is a hidden gem. The food is fantastic, fresh, and delicious. The staff is incredibly quick and competent. I had a very positive experience here and will definitely be returning. Despite the unassuming exterior, don't be fooled - this place is amazing.

Had read previous reviews and followed the recommendation to attend Uno to celebrate my grand-daughters birthday. We had fabulous Hawaiian& Calzone ham mushroom& tomato pizzas. Massively filling and some of the best Calzones we’ve had Finished off with nice coffees and a tea but high praise to an attentive excellent waitress for a great night.

We called in here for food without reservation the server was very friendly and helpful. The food was freshly prepared full of flavour and good size portion. Would recommend and will return here again
