It's conveniently located near the city center, which is one of its few positive attributes. The staff is friendly, but the rooms are quite small, and the wine selection is lacking. I wouldn’t consider returning.

I had an excellent stay at this restaurant. The food was fantastic, and the service was truly five-star. However, the breakfast really impressed me! The table service was outstanding, and the food was served hot and fresh. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the menu options for breakfast, which are hard to come by these days, and the selection was great. The front desk staff were also extremely helpful. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

The rooms are very nice and well-equipped. However, the coffee machine ran out of water during preparation. There were cigarette butts on the balcony, along with used tissues in the flowerpot.

Went with EF travels group to Ireland, and we stayed at this hotel. It was the most luxurious place we stayed and the service, food, and staff are all great. The amount of people they served at dinner in a timely fashion was very impressive. Aileen was a great staff member who waited on us and she made our stay even more pleasant.
