Benners Tralee

All is OK here, great staff, and always give solid recommendations

What I liked most was its old and typical style, its location in the heart of Tralee (a small and charming city) and its many, varied and labyrinthoustic leisure spaces

We had dinner, salad with goat cheese, great but small, great cider, curry chicken and guinness

Lunch at this restaurant was disappointing. We ordered the mushroom soup, thinking it would be vegetarian, but it had bacon in it. The soup seemed to be made from a powdered mix and was served lukewarm. The only thing remotely "gastro" about this place was the concern of getting sick from eating pork.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is fantastic and the service is very good. The restaurant is located close to a lively music bar, but the noise from the bar doesn't disturb too much. The food was excellent that evening and reasonably priced. The decor and lighting inside are fabulous, creating a relaxing environment. I highly recommend this restaurant for those looking to avoid the busier weekends in Killarney where prices may be higher. My family and I had a great night out and enjoyed our experience.
