Every time I receive a gift card for this place, I think to myself, "Maybe this time it will be better." However, I always end up regretting it. The service is always uncomfortable, and the food tastes like it has been sitting out for hours. The drinks machines are often broken or not working properly. The coffee is decent, but even when I go in the morning, there is a chance that it will be leftover and burnt.
I went to a drive-thru restaurant and the employee at the window seemed disorganized. She gestured for us to stop, laughed while waiting for our order, and then gestured for us to stop again. After finally receiving our food, she continued to joke around with her colleagues before giving us our order. We were not impressed with the service and mentioned to them that a drive-thru should be efficient, not a place for employees to goof around. The owner should address this issue.
My friend and I visited Tim Hortons in Trail and decided to dine in. We had to wait twenty minutes to place our order because the cashier was busy with the drive-thru customers. It would be helpful if there was a designated cashier for dine-in customers, especially for those with dietary restrictions like diabetes. Next time, I will visit Tim Hortons in Castlegar instead.
This place is a dump. Food never tastes fresh and the staff are miserable. No quality control at all, something is seriously wrong at this location. Castlegar is way better run.
Stopped in Sunday morning for breakfast sandwich, it was slapped together, no finesse, rubber egg that had been sitting around, cold bacon, will never eat from there again.
