The food was just average in flavor. It tasted like typical frozen takeout rather than anything authentic or memorable. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. I would consider eating here again if the prices were lower.

Eat is good would have been eating 4 but the service was terrible! to the woman who served us (they have a bowl haircut) you were so rude. If you hate your job, get a new one! only for the case that they don't know they work in the HOSPITALITY industry. it is my day free and I just wanted to relax and have a nice lunch, not have to do with someone like them. in any case, do not come back.

I've been here multiple times and the dumplings are quite good but I personally don't believe the hype is justified. They are probably the better of the dumpling places in Townsville however some of their items tend to be overcooked, depending upon the day, which is a bit concerning in terms of maintaining their quality.The service and the staff themselves are very helpful in guiding you through the options, the dumplings are more on the expensive side especially for a mall eatery but the other mains and meals they have (non-dumplings) are competitively priced and relatively okay for the price point.Would go here if absolutely craving steamed dumplings, but for other options such as pan-fried, etc. , I would be looking elsewhere.
