It's incredibly warm the entire building, so be prepared to sweat even if you're not jumping.Great concept, with a little kids area seperate from the main part and party rooms available for hire.Bring your socks. Bring lots of water. Fun for the whole family.

I visited the restaurant on a weekday afternoon around 5pm, and it was not very crowded. My friend and I from university paid $20 per hour each, which included socks. It provides a great cardio workout. Unfortunately, there were no water taps available and the bathrooms were not clearly marked. The lockers are open cubes, so avoid bringing valuables inside. Despite these drawbacks, it was a lot of fun and offered more exercise than ice-skating or jogging. Be sure to bring water to avoid overpriced hydration options. There is no supervision, so it is not a suitable place to leave children unattended. However, there is a viewing deck for those who prefer to watch others jump.

We had a good time, but it was not quite what we had anticipated. It was also quite expensive, costing us over $120 including water for just an hour of entertainment. The different zones were quite similar, and the kids' area was challenging for the little ones to navigate because the mats were the same size as the adult area. We recommend visiting at least once if you can afford it, as it was enjoyable, albeit pricey.

Very disappointing atmosphere more staff than customers. Staff with sad faces but no wonder when one woman (boss lady I'm guessing) had nothing better to do than constantly yell at them. Heard cafe had variety again disappointing more choice from Golden Arches. Attempted to leave review on launchzone site obviously have received many negatives because site is set so owners are the only ones able to comment. Good luck guys but won't be going back.
