Dalrymple - Townsville

I had the pleasure of dining at Dalrymple Pub recently and I cannot rave enough about the outstanding customer service I received from Bianca. From the moment I entered, she went out of her way to ensure that my experience was unforgettable. Her warm and welcoming attitude made me feel appreciated and valued as a customer. Bianca's meticulous attention to detail and sincere concern for her guests were truly exceptional. Thanks to her, my visit was fantastic and I will certainly be coming back. Not often I get to visit, as I live closer to the city. But the times I have the staff have been very accommodating. Bianca in the gaming room is always very polite and engaging, makes you feel acknowledge and takes the time to ask how your day has been. Service: 5
