Taco Bell - Town of Cicero

I waited in line for 8 minutes not moving after I ordered I called the restaurant after twice trying they finally answered I said yeah I'm sitting in your drive-thru line and it hasn't moved in over 5 minutes and he said sorry boss we're a little busy and hangs up on me and then doesn't answer the phone again so I made the person behind me move even though they for some reason were very rude and didn't want to when there was nobody behind them and I told the person at the drive-thru thing after they said hi how are you that I'm leaving and your customer service is terrible I suggest you avoid this restaurant and go to the one in North Syracuse as they're only excuse was they are training and that's just ridiculous there's no excuse I shouldn't have to wait for 8 minutes when there's not even a full line of people That's ridiculous so to Taco Bell executives if you see this you should probably talk to this restaurant about having better customer service and taking care of your customers with respect

Received my order and noticed one of my tacos that was supposed to be supreme was missing the sour cream and tomatoes. Went back and spoke with Alex he then made me the taco correctly in a very timely matter. Alex did a great job taking care of me, thanks Alex.

It's Taco bell! Food is ok, seems like the taco beef is getting too sweet... not a fan, too much oats, not enough

It 's never The Best this is one of the best locations, however something is always amis...and notice they don 't as if you want sauce anymore which is key bc u put it on just about every bite bit as w every Corp, its a money

I mean who doesn't love Tacos!! Always a treat when I come through.
