The ham was sooooo salty I couldn't eat, It also appeared as thought he ham had been on the grill for hours. Also the biscuits were very dry and hard. I've never had a bad meal there but was very disappointed this time. I told the waitress about the ham being way too salty. She explained others had complained as well for the same reason. As a senior citizen (or any customer) I should have been notified of that and I would have ordered something different.
As usual I enjoyed my meal. I had a steak, which was tender and tasty. Sides were a plain sweet potato, kale and Brussel sprout salad and plain sweet potato. It was all yummy. The waitress was attentive and cheerful.
I love this restaurant. Always clean and wonderfully decorated. All employees are very nice. Waiters and waitress' are great! I recommend it to people and I work at Target! Food is ALWAYS phenomenal.
Was a busy Father's Day/Birthday combo. Server was super, super busy, panting at times even, but could not have done a better job if the 4 of us were her only job! She was even thorough in making sure that our orders were complete with all of the choices and attentive to our eating progress clearing used dishes, etc. A great experience!
I love the Cracker Barrel! This is our go-to pit stop on road trips. Living in CT affords us the ability to easily travel up and down the East Coast so when we do, we like to stop and grab a nice meal rather than make a quick stop for fast food which can potentially not hit right (if you know what I mean). So Cracker Barrel is always the restaurant of choice because the food is delicious, homey, the staff is always welcoming and the price doesn’t break the bank. This particular spot was super busy as we went on Father’s Day, but the staff was super accommodating. Thank God, as of yet we’ve never had a bad experience at any of these establishments and we’ve been to many so that’s saying a lot.
