Pizza Hut Express - Town of Cicero

Food was not good at all. Cold and forgot our sauces.

I would prefer to give this ZERO stars, but actually, the food itself is still awesome. The team: lacking in skills: delivery, following special instructions, getting the manager to actually answer the phone when there is a problem, honoring the request to redeem points. Really?! So that's why not only did you NOT follow my SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS to cut MY pizza in SMALLER SLICES , but you cut ONE OF THE OTHER PIZZAS INTO SMALLER SLICES. Your delivery driver, when I arrived, had my DRIVEWAY BLOCKED so I could not get in. My son was at the door, watching as the driver brought the 3 pizzas and one order of supposedly FREE cinnabons (which I WAS CHARGED FOR BTW even though I REDEEMED MY POINTS!!!! . The driver apologized, begged me to checked the cinnabons he dropped them on my doorstep. He swore that nothing fell OUT OF THE BOX...HHE F'G LIED TO MY FACE REPEATEDLY. So, my son told me when I reached the door and the driver sped off; Mom, that driver dropped our Cinnabon's and two fell onto THE STOOP. THEN, HE PICKED THEM UP WITH HIS BARE HANDS AND PUT THEM BACK IN THE BOX ALL WHILE MY SON WATCHED ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE GLASS SCREEN DOOR. My son did not tell me until the driver left. I called multiple times to the store. First time: asked for a manager. Immediately hung up on. (After several minutes on hold . Second time? Asked for a manager: Person said hold on, put me on hold...10 minutes later, nothing, then the line was disconnected....hmmm...Completely unprofessional, unethical. And just plain WRONG. I've been mistreated several times from this store. I was giving it another chance because I absolutely LOVE PIZZA HUT. It's what I grew up with. But the service I've been receiving the past couple of years....absolutely horrible.

I order two pizzas two orders of wings and breadsticks and then completely messed the whole entire order up and when I called the guy was rude never get food here
