La Familia - Town of Chautauqua

I really appreciate the owners, and the food quality is excellent. You might have to wait a bit, but it's definitely worth it once your meal arrives.

We recently had a work party at this restaurant, and unfortunately, several issues arose. The bar was only half stocked, and we were repeatedly informed that it was due to the end of the season. To our surprise, they didn't even provide to-go boxes. Additionally, I wasn't asked how I wanted my steak cooked, and it turned out to be quite dry. Our boss is great at selecting venues, so I'm sure he was just as disappointed as we were.

Dining here was a completely joyless experience. The interior felt cheap, and the service was just mediocre. I ordered fish, which was acceptable, but far too overpriced. I certainly wouldn't return, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

Very underwhelming. A simple “rare” hamburger was over cooked and served with soggy chips. Ordered three courses and never had a dirty dish removed unless we handed it to a waiter walking by. Ordered three beers from the menu that were all out of stock. Paid top dollar for McDonald’s service and food

Alicia and Chef Burke truly went above and beyond to help me plan a special dinner for 20 people. The food was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. La Familia surpassed my expectations in every aspect: food, atmosphere, quality, and service. Chef Burke even sang for our family, making our dinner feel even more special. My father-in-law remarked that it was the highlight of his summer! I wholeheartedly recommend La Familia!
