We ordered through the app and due to poor signal, the food was prepared for ASAP, even though we were still an hour and a half away. I called to inform the staff, who said the order was already in progress and suggested we use the microwave to heat it up. They agreed to wait for us before preparing the drinks. When we arrived at the restaurant, they started cooking our food so it would be fresh. The staff was fantastic and provided excellent customer service. Thank you all!
They never seem to be able to get my order correct. They have gotten it wrong over a dozen times. One time they even forgot to give me my slushy, so I had to wait in line again and drive around for an extra 20 minutes. They tried to tell me that the slushy was supposed to be a pure liquid. The employees are just average every time I come here. It seems like everyone is experiencing the same issues. The baguettes are now as small as a child's arm. There is hardly any dressing in my cup for my salad. I have been understanding when they are out of ingredients.
The staff is excellent, and the manager consistently ensures that everything is running smoothly for the customers.
I had never tasted the Broccoli Cheddar Soup before, and it was delicious. To accompany it, I also ordered a Pepsi.
