Nando's - Tower Hamlets

Started ok They took our number and advised it was a 20 minutes wait After 30 minutes and no call we went back. They had called the wrong number ! We ordered 3 starters to share. 1st arrived after 30 minutes 2nd arrived after a further 20 minutes 3rd just never arrived despite asking they just came back to us Ordered red slaw as part of the main Another 40 minutes after the 2nd starter arrived we were told that the main was ready but that they had no red slaw. Did we want something else ? We chose garlic bread Despite “brig ready” it took another 20 minutes to arrive We asked about the missing starter very polite response but no. It never arrived. The table next to us (4 people) got all of their starters and mains at different times. They walked out. It was a similar service story throughout the restaurant Never go here awful service.

Lovely restaurant very handy you can order online just scan the we code on your table server was very helpful as it was our first time at Nando’s gave us extra ice cream as it was our first time great value and food tasted delicious would definitely go again you can refill your soft drinks as many times as you want

Had a lovely meal. Food was hot and flavoursome. Vibes were good and our waiter Toni was a hoot, made us feel very welcome. Would defiantly come again ! X

I would like to specially appreciate a staff named “Baby or Bebe”, I’m not sure about the spelling of name, but that’s how it sounds. I accidentally dropped the fries I ordered today and the situation was really awkward. Wasn’t sure whether to buy a new one or just walk away with the rest I had. Bebe completely changed the awkward situation and offered to refill the bowl while I was about leaving. Thank you so much Bebe. I won’t forget this! This employee is one of the reasons I and many others will continue to eat here. Thank you!!!!!!

Nando's is so popular , food is good and like normal meal, but has a good taste, and also you can order for delivery so helpful for those as me who are staying in hotels or airbnb, is not expernsive
