The Camel Pub - Tower Hamlets

This pub is truly special! The staff is incredibly friendly and the outdoor patio is perfect for enjoying a summer day. A hidden treasure in the neighborhood.

I've been back to see if I could give more stars, but Google won't let me. This pub is proper. A local establishment. If you don't have an interesting conversation with a total stranger here, you have likely visited when the pub was not open.

Warm and comfortable with homely decor, nice choice of food and good beers.

For the best pie and mash in East London, make sure to visit The Camel pub. I visited for the first time in 2009 and it has consistently impressed me over the years. The bar staff are friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. They also offer a great variety of beers on tap that complement the delicious pies.

Great spot I love the alleyway worth th tables outside for when it’s warm. Food is good too
