I called to say that I didn't want the product because my son was asleep now! the guy just hanged the phone. I called back and they obviously had no intention of sending this article! I asked for a refund. start-up at all costs
I went to the restaurant and ordered a meal, but my drink was missing. I called the restaurant and asked them to send the missing drink. As I started to eat my pizza, I discovered a hair buried in the crust. I called the restaurant again and requested a refund, but the manager was very rude and insisted that I return the entire order. The missing drink was never sent. The customer service was extremely poor and I was shocked by the ineptitude of the team. Eventually, another staff member confirmed that a refund would be processed in a few days. The whole experience ruined my evening and I was left very disappointed by Dominos.
I have laid a star and because you can't sit, I ordered a pizza without pfefferoni and without a spice; and they brought me one with pfeffersalat and spices and with wobbles (the one I didn't ask) and I asked for additional bbq sauce... and with meatballs; and had nothing since, I could pay for a pizza that is not cheap, at least they could supply it. I put pictures that could be perfect what I asked for versus what I received, I don't think I'll ever order there again.
We had an issue with one of our pizzas at this restaurant. We called Domino's and spoke with Natalia, who provided terrible customer service. I suggest avoiding this place.
I always seem to have trouble getting my full order at this restaurant. There are long gaps between my orders and they still manage to mess it up. Not to mention, it's not reasonably priced. It's incredibly frustrating. For future orders, I will make sure to request to speak directly with the manager to avoid any mistakes.
