I give 1 star because 0 is not possible. We come from Naples and we are a group of 6 friends. We organized a lunch together which was ruined by the lack of professionalism of this place. We had a reservation made at 3pm on Friday morning, we arrive at 2.20pm and we notify us of our arrival, they tell us we have to wait and we wait. At 3.05pm we ask what the situation is and they tell us about ten minutes and come in but we all see tables without food that they have just ordered, so we ask for further explanations and they tell us that they are only eating a pizza and clearing the table in in reality the order placed by the table that was supposed to be ours (booked at 2.30pm and we booked at 3.00pm and already here we should understand how they take reservations) orders starter, first course and second course at 3.10pm. Moral of the story it 's 3.30pm and we need to find someone to let us eat. Run away from this place!

Sant’Anna Beach restaurant exceeded all our expectations! We had the salmon and one of their pizzas and both were delicious! But what truly sets Sant’Anna apart is their exceptional service. Despite the language barrier, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and attended to every step of the way, even helping us to get back to our car. It was service above and beyond anything we have experienced back home. Thank you, Sant’Anna Beach, for an unforgettable dining experience filled with great food and unparalleled service!
