Nineteen - Torbay

Went out with a bunch of friends to Clovelly Golf Club's restaurant XIX-Nineteen for lunch.During the months Feb-April it is open for lunch Monday-Friday 12:00-3:00.The Chef Matt was very open to my suggestion of having soup and hot turkey sandwichesIt was a great choice and everyone enjoyed the food,service and the ambience of the memberslounge.One thing is for sure, have hot turkey sandwiches on the menu during the golf season. It is a winner for sure.Great job.

Enjoyed a great lunch. Pan fried fish (cod) tacos were delicious. My husband had the clubhouse and fries and loved it! If you love homemade french fries, you have to try these…you will not be disappointed. Tap beer was delightfully cold. Service was great.

This is solely a review on the course restaurant "Nineteen (XIX) Restaurant". I dined here for the first time this evening as was blown away. Appetizers:

Our meal was fantastic. The food was very fresh, large portions and cheap. The service was also great. This is a hidden gem. We will surely be back

The service here was fantastic. We were supplied and the portions were generous and very tasty. They have limited beers on tap, but 6 selection is good. The atmosphere is great. Even if you are not worth a visit to golf.
