Kume Japanese Sushi Steakhouse

I have been here multiple times and had a great meal service. Tonight the service was so slow. We never received our soup salad. Our waiter if you want to call him that went to the wrong table. Took almost an hour to get our drinks.When the bill came we complained the manager asked who our waiter was and the 2 separate parties said we didn’t have one.The manager took $20 off a $200 bill. I never leave no tip, but seeing we actually never really had a waiter I had no choice.The food was great.

Love the fish tanks and beautiful atmosphere! The Hibachi show is top notch, fun, and funny!! The food is delicious and we had a great time and made memories of a lifetime!!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian sushi and many other options!Kid-friendliness: The kids had so much fun and really enjoyed the HUGE, BEAUTIFUL fish, Hibachi show, and enjoyed walking around after eating!Parking: Large parking lot wraps around the building with plenty of options and handicap spots available right by the door.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level and accessible.

As my family sits here for a fantastic meal, a wonderful hibachi show and a really well needed dinner together- I can’t help but give Kume 5 stars all around. Clean, fun, amazing atmosphere and family friendly. Coming back 100%. Thank you to Kume for giving my family a much needed night out.Food: 5/5

Stopped here for a lunch break on a trip to Acadia. Unfortunately the reviews led us awry; word to the wise- this was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. Everything from the menus to the bathrooms are filthy : the food and service were decent but the unsanitary conditions superseded everything. Yikes.

My husband and I had dinner last night. It was a good change. Service was a little slow. Other than that, very nice people, great food, I love the plum wine. We enjoyed our eveningFood: 5/5
