The customer service was disappointing. Prawan seemed to be having a tough day and did not acknowledge anything that was said to her. She simply handed over the food and closed the window. There were signs on the doors stating that the lobby was closed due to staff shortages. At least the food was hot, though.
My partner works there, and the service is quick and efficient. If you ever visit and want great service, you’ll find it! But if you're looking for that extra effort and care in your order, just ask for Josh!
I would give him a star! worse service and eat the two taco bell in topeka are terrible. waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru and my order was wrong.
No dining area open yet? We USED to eat at a Taco Bell about twice a month, but we haven't eaten any Taco Bell since the lobby closed due to COVID. I don't want messy Mexican food in my car, nor do I want to take it home and have to reheat it. Plus hearing about all the mistakes they make on your orders, it'll be quite a while before we go back. Taco Tico's where it's at now for Mexican fast food. Their lobby is OPEN!
