Rowhouse Restaurant & Catering - Topeka

I brought some business partners from kc to lunch here this week. I was always very happy with eating and service, so I knew this would be a great place for a quiet lunch. the man I brought was blown away from the atmosphere, the food and the service. so much that they will travel from kc with their wives to dinner again. highly recommended!
