Steak and Shake - Topeka

This was the first time I've ever been in a steak 'n shake! It was wonderful!! Everything was great from food to amazing staff! Great job! I'll come back every time we're in town!

Super impressed by customer service. We went to eat after a terrible restaurant experience on 1/15. Male Server was very polite, helpful and efficient. The food was great. First visit. Would definitely revise. Worth the price. Fast service.

Can't do much about experience or service as we go through while Missouri. That said it was good food at a reasonable price and something else. I'd stop. My family says the milkshakes would indeed bring everyone to the court. Pickle spear chips on the burgers is a nice touch!

Love this place. It is very cheap and very good. Diner style food and decor. Burgers are great and also the shoe-running pommes are. Prices have risen slightly, but still much cheaper than typical fast food and WAY better. We have two meals, additional side of the big onion rings and 2 shakes with add-ins for about $30 including taxes. You will also get the many shaker options. The only thing I didn't like was the paper straws for the shake. I understand that they are environmentally friendly, but I hate it against my teeth and they collapse. My son had to get a second straw to finish his shake. I will definitely be back!

Food was good. My wife and family had never eaten here or even seen one since they aren't in our area. The food was what you would expect, but the customer service was top notch. You have to use a kiosk to order but I saw an employee help a few customers and even walked an elderly women through the process and made the adjustments so she could have a Patty Melt liked she use to order. We were a group of 7 (2 adults and 5 kiddos) that had been on the road for over 2 weeks and 5000 miles and the staff dealt with my kiddos and kept asking if we needed anything. If I didn't live 8 hours away I would go again.
