This place has no organization at all, I had a table for two at 5pm 10—15 minutes wait no biggie an hour later after been skipped multiple times we finally “get a table” which ends up not actually happen because it was taken and the host didn't even know. Then she seats us at the bar and the bartender just ignores us the entire time also, the host didn't even give us menus. No one was there to seat us so we didn't know where we could sit. We knew that the bar had service so we sat there. We were served an appetizer without napkins and had to ask for refills. Service was o.k. at best even considering short staffed. Food was as expected and served hot and in a timely manner.

1 star for food, really use to like this place. The service was really really lacking! Only a couple of patrons in the restaurant and we stood (ignored) at the front for 5 minutes and then finally got seated. Saw 2 groups of people waiting to be seated and not a person on staff went up front so each group of people left. Sorry but will not be back anytime soon.

We ate here this evening and were extremely disappointed. The kids' meals were overcooked and it was as if the fries had been re-warmed. My fajitas were also dry. The guacamole and white cheese dip combo was the most edible portion of the meal. What disappointed me even more was the atmosphere/environment.
