The only item they list as fully vegan are the Japanese pan noodles so I got that. they wear tofu, I asked for extra tofu. not sure whether it comes with this dish by default or not. they have many gluten-free nudel options if this is a concern for them. I could adjust my bowl to be fully vegan. I ordered the Japanese bowl with roasted zucchini, mushrooms, broccoli, wobble and tofu! the online allergen calculator had a filter for vegan dishes, so it was easy to determine what to order. the food was fresh and delicious!

In Topeka for work and went for the first time to Noodles and Co. We loved it so much that we came back for more! You have a lot of variety! My daughter had the Wisconsin Mac and cheese and I had Pad Thai, her was very cheeky and my was very delicious!! We'll probably go back before we leave town
