Mcdonald's - Topeka

After reading 100 one-star reviews, it’s clear that this restaurant is not worth your time or money. If you’re sitting at home and suddenly get a craving to spend full price on an unusually small portion - like paying for a double quarter pounder but receiving only a quarter of the usual weight - this is the place for you. Or maybe you’re desperate for a 20-piece chicken nugget order that somehow includes only 16 nuggets served cold and unsalted. If that sounds appealing to you, then by all means, go ahead. But for everyone else who actually values their money and wants a decent meal, you’d be better off eating anywhere else. You would think that a brand new restaurant opening just 50 feet from this McDonald's would raise the standards, but unfortunately, that's not the case here; they’ve kept their standards embarrassingly low. It’s time to close this place, let the staff go, and put an end to the misery of having to deal with such poor quality.

Always clean and hot eating well to go. they always go up and fast. it is mcdonald’s! nuff has said.

I do wish the dollar menu would return. I accidentally ordered a chocolate chip wrap instead of a caramel wrap, but I'm not too picky—the overall improvement in food quality made the trip worthwhile, especially the spicy chicken sandwiches. Some spicy nuggets on the side would have made the experience even better. I will definitely be coming back more often!

There was no longer any interaction with staff, just an empty register area.

8/4/22 update... nothing has changed. Breakfast at this location is still not hot. Received cold rubber scrambled eggs this morning, hot gravy surprisingly, but a cold biscuit.Early morning breakfast staff and food are horrible. Food is not hot, slow service, slow to open.
