Fedeli's Steak Pasta - Topeka

I didn't expect Topeka to be a culinary mecca of any sorts, and coming from Las Vegas, I knew that it might be tough to find a restaurant of similar quality. I wasn't expecting too much so I wouldn't be disappointed. However, there are just some basic qualities that every restaurant should have. Upon arriving, we (a group of 6 of us) walked into the bar. We had brunch and it was wonderful. The service, decorations, and food was amazing. We will be coming back the next time we are in Topeka.

Second time we've tried to eat here. First time they were closed in the middle of the day. Even though two bar attendants were there we couldn't even get a drunk and wait for them to open. Second time we sat at the bar again and was going to have a drink then order food. After looking at skimpy menu we decided to have drink and go elsewhere. We waited 10 min. And never got service. There was only 1 table and one other person at bar. Not busy at all. Won't be giving a third chance

This place was really nice. As a person of color seasoning for food is very important. I got a steak it tasted awesome we also got risotto the rice was perfect it was so good and we got mixed vegetables and I didn't think the vegetables were going to be that good but they were. I love how the patio has like swing chairs and a big comfy sofa it was really nice I'm glad I got to experience this restaurant

When a steak is $30 you expect it to be full of flavor. That is not what you get here. The KC strip was so bland I could only taste the char on the meat. The meat was very juice, but you can't even taste the bone marrow butter it's supposedly cooked in. The risotto was good and the wine was reasonably priced. Our server was friendly, but service seemed very slow for only a handful of customers. When I spend $100 for 2 people I expect some level of quality, not disappointment.
