Had a superb meal here with my travel buddies. Revisiting the tastes and the spice smells of India The staff were so welcoming and helpful as were the other diners who shared memories of their India. Truly recommend this place

Allowed for a quick lunch take speculation away. Butter chicken and rice and cheese and garlic naan. For the price, the portion size was amazing! I really enjoyed my order. I was in less than 15 minutes and out. The food was delicious. Well done.

Waiting an hour for the release was so over boiled that not edible, we ordered chicken, lamb and goats curries, but could not say what meat was what it was that bad

I really want to like Everest Spice. It is my local. However, literally every time I order take away I have had to sit in the restaurant for at least 40 minutes, even if I have doubled the wait time advised over the phone. So,...I order, the staff member says “20 minutes”, I give it 40 minutes, because they ALWAYS keep you waiting, and then I sit around for at least half an hour in perhaps the cheapest and least attractive restaurant in SE QLD. How in the name of God can it take over an hour to ladle some curry from a Bain Marie into a plastic dish? So I gave them one last try, and paid for delivery through menulog at least I could wait at home. Guess what, it took them almost an hour to ladle some curry out of a Bain Marie into a take away container. Plus, just to emphasis that these guys absolutely refuse to give a damn, the naan was stale. I have spoken to the ‘manager’ previously because I want the restaurant to succeed. I can only assume that this restaurant is being run by someone’s cousin because they could not give a **** about your time, or the quality of their meals. I could forgive the incompetent service if the food was good, but it really is just average.

On multiple occasions had to wait for take away order. Each time believing it may be a one off. But it seems to be a very consistent theme when ordering from the restaurant. The service is always lack lustre. Never seen any staff even attempt...to crack a smile. Then to top it off we were missing one rice and two garlic naans. The food is generally good which is why they are still open. If not for that then I would say GOOD LUCK.
