The blonde girl behind the counter was asking people for their orders three people back whom were coming up to counter because they couldn't hear her and vice versa. Everyone was standing next to eachother shoulder to shoulder. I removed myself from the line. Josh if you're the GM from what I was told you need to correct this. The staff didn't seem to care when I mentioned this was not okay and they're causing people to come up all at once instead of waiting for individual orders and payment. Heck you have the markings for that reason and your staff is voiding it.
These guys have no contact on lock!!!! Easiest online ordering. Pick up was a snap. In and out in 30 seconds. Food was fresh and nice and cold. They threw in napkins and utensils as well. Staff was well shielded from the public and everyone had masks, gloves, and positive attitudes. I love this place!!!
Thank you jersey mikes for your generous donation to the staff at complete care the Havens. The subs were delicious and the staff loved them.
I'm pretty picky with how I ask for my sandwiches... we prefer thinly sliced meats toppings on the side (so its not wilted the next day from the oil or vinegar) they ALWAYS MAKE THE MEAT NICE THIN !. Which is why I love ordering from this specific location. They always get it right Thank You ????????
I waited nearly 25 minutes for my cheesesteak despite there being only three other customers in the restaurant. It seemed that the female manager decided to ask everyone about their orders, which led to confusion and resulted in all the orders being mixed up. The other staff struggled to figure out what went wrong. If this is a typical occurrence, it could negatively impact their revenue and sales. I certainly won't be coming back.
