Old dry cracked bread, horrible distribution of veggies, meat, sauce. Worst place to get a sub at this point.
Ive always loved Subway subs. I wish tho, that once in a while, at this location, they could get our orders 100% right. Tonight's issue, hubby got my toasted and grilled bun with his contents, and i got his white, cold bun, with my contents. Like, really? It's always, always, always something. We have been disappointed with our food on pretty much every order over the past year and a half and each time ive said never again.. but then the convenience of having the store right around the corner ends up winning. Whether we walk in to order, or order online for pick up, it really shouldnt be so hard to get things right! Of course, once u get home with your order and unwrap and start eating, and discover the errors, u really dont feel like packing it back up and going back. I think im really done this time. Tired of being disappointed.
Horrible experience the staff was rude and the store was dirty. The young lady making my sub was not clean. The counter dirty and the manager didn't bother to correct her. My sub was dry and the tomatoes were definitely old and not fresh. Next time I'll go across the street to the the Rubinos convinces store!
Staffs at here really racist, rude And ignorant. Didn’t give us proper response . Just store manager was okay. And they need to know the meaning of cross contamination as server, serves us with the same gloves. It was really bad experience ever at subway.
