Pizza Hut - Timmins

I am not sure what kind of meat is in their Italian sausage, but it tastes like a pile of processed junk.

Le Pizza Hut est mon endroit favori où manger à Timmins. J'y mange presque chaque fois que j'y vais. J'ai toujours eu un bon service, que ce soit en français ou en anglais, le personnel est sympathique et la nourriture est excellente.Je le recommanderais sans hésiter.

We visited Pizza Hut for lunch on a weekend to celebrate a birthday. We visited with 3 families, 2 of which had young children. Our waitress was very friendly and quick to take the orders. She kindly brought out the children's orders first so they could get started on their meals. Everyone in our party ordered from the lunch menu - ordering the personal pan pizza and side. The menu stated "5-topping personal pan and choice of side". After taking everyone's order and leaving, we waited more than 30 minutes. The manager then came out to see us (30min later) to tell us there was a mistake in the menu and it should have only been 1 topping, so she would have to retake our orders. A few questions we asked her1. Why did it take 30 minutes to figure this out. The children are now done eating and we are now again at the "ordering stage". Our pizzas should already be finished. 2. Why are you falsely advertising items. The number of toppings were clearly written in the menu. (She informed us they fired the printing company!?). 3. Why did the waitress not know about this mistake before taking our original order?We asked that she honour what was in the menu and correct it for the next guests. She told us she could not because of the computer system. We told her that we would be leaving as now the children are restless and finished eating. She then told us she would be able to do that for us. Our food was served quickly after that but was not that enjoyable as the little kids were now beyond themselves and wanted to run around. A lunch at Pizza Hut shouldn't be almost an hour to receive the food - especially since there were only 3 tables of people in the restaurant. We were disappointed as we chose Pizza Hut for its friendly, quiet atmosphere. Hoping the menus are corrected before our next visit.

Living near Timmins gives me the opportunity to need a restaurant when I have to visit the city for a number of reasons. The Pizza Hut is my new favourite place to eat in Timmins. They have a daily buffet which looks very nice and a few people I have dined with like it quite a bit. I enjoy that they offer a gluten free pizza option and also a grain crust pizza, and a variety of salads. The service is very good as well. All in all I have had lunch here a few times in the last few months and have no complaints whatsoever.

I attended your Timmins restaurant last evening, the wings & pizza were awesome, along with the excellent service from the friendly cheerful waitress. However, as I sat there finishing my dinner, the supervisor on the floor came up to the waitress, and tried to remove her and send her home while she was serving me. I don't know what goes on in this restaurant between Supervisors and waiters/waitress's, But I can honestly say that the way this supervisor talked to waitress was very unprofessional and should be dealt with promptly.Eeyou67
