Had lunch with the family and the service was awesome. Food was hot and tasty.

It sucked big time we were left for 35 min with nothing on our table only what was left of our glass of water after an appetizer was eaten. Chicken Wing and Fingers were ordered Plain and Simple meal. ? Canceled and left..

I have celiacs disease and they took special care of me. Wonderful meal!!!!

Tried calling over and over again on a Thursday (5pm ish) for delivery service. Phone goes right to voicemail. Drove there to place an order and the restaurant was empty! Could count only about 8 tables occupied. This isnt the first time this happens.I can understand its great to bring in service for the waiters and waitresses on shift but no excuse to not pickup the phone especially with COVID still being a problem. Great business plan going on here.

I have been eating there for 24 years, had a few X-mas party in pastness and never had a bad meal or problems with the staff, or eating (love eating there) what they do is fantastic work at caseys congratulations and keep the great work! thank you staff and brian owner/op of northern pawn timmins.
