Pizza Hut Tillsonburg

This is the worst restaurant experience. I suggest others save their time and money. It took a week for me to receive my refund, and they would not answer my calls. This level of unprofessionalism is absolutely ridiculous. It's a shame for Pizza Hut Tillsonburg and their management staff. If they can't handle service criticism, they shouldn't be in the service industry.

I tried to place an order over the phone, but no one answered. The message stated that they were currently experiencing a higher than normal call volume and then disconnected. The food was good and the staff were friendly, but their phone system seemed to be malfunctioning.

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. The food is inconsistent - sometimes it is fantastic, but other times our order is incorrect or the crust is undercooked. We have experienced issues with the online ordering process, where we selected our items, customized them, and then encountered a message that the location was closed even though it was not. When we have called to place our order, we were told they had too many orders and could not accept any more. They do not offer self-delivery, instead relying on a taxi service which often results in longer delivery times. While Pizza Hut may be a pricier option in the city, they do have good food when made correctly.

The food was great, unfortunately at the arrival to get my order to the given time, it was not ready / they could not find it. I waited 15 minutes for the front counter before someone even acknowledged that I was there. I knew they saw me, but didn't say we were totally ignored at a moment. After someone finally hurt to help me that they could not find my order and told me that it would take 20 minutes. I've been waiting for more than 15 minutes since I picked up. they have thrown a box together (I have ordered the family box) and sent me away to mine. When I came home, I realized that I got the wrong pizzas and sides back. I also revived the wrong dessert. I paid a few dollars for the one I wanted, but I had been waiting for so long in the load to get the food I had to feed children. customer service is absorbent.

Forgot a few wings with my order and they tried calling multiple times, didn’t think about it, and next time she remembered me and promptly gave me a free medium pizza coupon. Amazing customer service!! And to me it’s my favourite go to fast food pizza!! Sure, there’s your mon and pops, but sometimes you just gotta savour The Hut!!!
