The staff there is so nice. It was my first visit to Tillsonburg and visiting Tim Hortons and interacting with the staff made my day. Their bagel is the best one i ever tasted.

I was a big fan of this Timmy's but on my last visit the steep tea tasted like water from the bottom of as dish washer and there was hardly any filling in the Boston cream .

Usually I expected the same (or similar) services across all Tims, but this one is special.The washrooms are locked. You have to ask an attendant to unlock the door for you. This is the first time I experience such in Tims.I ordered two cups of coffee, one double-double and one regular. When I came out from the washroom, two cups were on the table, but without a DD or R mark on the cap. How can I tell which one is which ? This is a standard process in all other Tims I have been to.

I actually placed 2 delivery orders a couple hours apart. As we received the second one, they had remade the first order I placed and sent it to me. When I called to mention what was going on, the supervisor on duty was telling me I was wrong, that they never received my second order (yet it was confirmed), and had no intentions in sending me the one I placed. I asked if there was anything we could do and they told me no because they were not remaking anything. She just kept on telling me that i was wrong and i was not getting the new order i placed. not fun!
