Sierra Subs Salad - THREE RIVERS

We thought here was a sandwich and I was happy to find a number of vegetarian/veganizable options on the menu. I had a very delicious vegetarian stinger grilled sandwich: ciabatta roll w/ marinated Portabello mushroom, roasted red pepper, red onion spinach (minus havarti cheese mayo). They even honored my request to prepare this with as little oil as possible. Great to have these options on the way to Sequoia Nat. Parking in an area where you can only find a few! The staff was friendly enough to notice that we are looking for not meat / not milk options and suggested Veggie-Patty and other adjustments. They were well prepared to help vegetarians. Well valued and delicious!

On the regular menu there are some vegetarian options. Ask for the vegetarian menu for more options and vegan options. Friendly staff that made me a delicious vegan sandwich with avocado, vegetables and black bean patty on a sourdough roll. Very recommended! The fresh pressed lemonade is necessary.
