Quesadilla Gorilla - THREE RIVERS

The food was unexpectedly delicious! My friends and I got it to go and enjoyed it by the water due to the hot weather, but we were tempted to go back for more haha.

During our visit to Three Rivers, we had the chance to dine at both the restaurant and the food truck. The restaurant was disappointing, as they failed to include vegan cheese on the quesadilla and only used a small amount of soyrizo. When we inquired about vegan sauces, the staff member simply said they didn't know. However, the following day we decided to give the food truck a try near our motel, and it was fantastic. The staff there were knowledgeable and able to recommend vegan options. The quesadilla from the food truck was filled with delicious vegan cheeses and soyrizo.

I was pleasantly surprised by how vegan-friendly this restaurant is. They use Follow Your Heart cheese and soyrizo in their quesadillas. I opted for the vegetarian option and substituted vegan cheese with added toppings. The outdoor seating is also fantastic! I will definitely be returning to enjoy a beer or two. Additionally, their happy hour is from 3-5pm, so if you plan your visit accordingly, you can score some discounted beers to pair with your vegan quesadillas!

The only place in Three Rivers to eat for a reasonable price. $12 gets you a creative freshly made quesadilla that is filling and delicious. The evidence that the place is good, if you go there more than once, you’ll notice all the locals go there too. They sell cold beer but it’s expensive.

The female owners of this restaurant are incredibly kind and the quesadillas were absolutely delicious. We tried the beef and chicken options, as well as the sweet Nutella and banana quesadilla. We had a great time playing games outside while we waited for our food. The entire experience was charming and the outdoor seating was a plus.
