Olive Garden Thousand Oaks

My wife and I had our first date here and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. The GM Adam is also very attentive and makes sure you are well taken care of. It truly is a wonderful experience everytime we go. The food is always delicious. If you are looking for a place that has amazing food as well as service, this is it. My wife and I will continue to keep going here without a doubt.

I am not one who normally post reviews ever. But the experience I had here just drove me to it. I am here on business with a coworker from China, never has eaten at an Olive Garden before. First off the food was amazing, don’t have to worry about quality at all. Secondly we had two amazing people who helped her through the entire experience, Nick and the bartender Julia? I’m so so sorry if I got your name wrong) they were so patient as she didn’t know if she would like certified menu items, gave suggestions as to what they likes and even described what they would taste like. They made the bread sticks fresh and came and checked on us a million times to make sure she was enjoying every bite. Because we aren’t from here, Julia, the bartender again sorry if I am forgetting your name) gave us recommendations for places to visit in our free time. Again I’m not one to do reviews but if I could give 10/10 stars I would. These individuals made me was the cry with how welcoming and helpful they were, so thank you Nick and Julia from the bottom of my heart.

They were so attentive to us my mother-in-law left with the biggest smile ty y'all are the best definitely coming back...

I visited yesterday with my family to celebrate my 27th birthday. I like Olive Garden in general I think it brings an acceptable level of cuisine and service at reasonable price. So I was excited to celebrate my birthday at a great option. They also cater well to vegetarians. We walked in and were sat within 15 minutes on a busy night. Unfortunately, I forgot my ID, so I wasn't able to order my favorite drink! It was my birthday, so, it was worth it to go home and grab the ID real quick. I was a little disappointed, but I understand why they had to do what they did and they promised they would take care of me. And wow, did they! The manager personally seated us, and checked in from time to time. They went above and beyond to rectify a situation that ultimately, was kinda my own fault. And they sang me a pitch perfect happy birthday when they served my delicious dessert. Good food, good service, and excellent management you can tell because the staff seem generally happy to be there. My family, who were newcomers to Olive Garden and a little skeptical being that it was a chain, were actually pretty impressed.

Came here yesterday for dinner with my wife and had a great experience! It has been very hard to find great customer experience these days but Olive Garden is the best I’ve seen in a long time, our waitress was Julia and she was extremely quick, professional, helpful and came to us with the best personality! The manager was very professional and doing a great job on her staff! The food had amazing flavor and was cooked to perfection. I recommend the 5 Cheese pasta, five stars for me, I’m a new regular here!
