They really are great with contactless fast food. Better quality than most. Lunch and dinner is superior and breakfast not so much. Customers service is terrific.

The staff work really hard to serve every person in our community during the pandemic of COVID-19 in the year 2020. Staff walking out of the two customers vehicles there are about 15 people running around the parking lot trying to help every client and every member of our community here in Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks area thank you very much for all the hard work that you do. Quick service, always hot and fresh. Line was long on a Saturday evening, but they got thru a lot of cars in an impressive amount of time.

Amazing and kind service! Such an efficient drive thru. They have two lines that merge, one guy up front to take my order, the second for payment. Third, a runner that brings the food out! On a busy Friday night at 7. Was there for under 10 mins. Impressed!

I had an amazing experience at this Chick-fil-a location. The staff are extremely friendly and genuinely seem happy to serve you, which sets them apart from other fast food establishments. The food is consistently delicious and the quality control is superb, especially with their chicken sandwiches. The restaurant is clean, nicely decorated, and well-maintained.
