Subway Thornton

Went into the store, and I was greeted quite poorly. Didn’t listen to my order, got it wrong on multiple occasions and asked for it to be changed and in exchange got a grunt and eye roll. The salad bar was absolutely disgusting, the store...was empty and with the current restrictions you’d think they would make sure the store was clean but no. Finally when it came time to pay I had my subway thrown at me and they walked off straight away, It will be the last I go back and I will make sure others know so they don’t have an experience like I did, worst subway in Newcastle/hunter region hands down

Worst Subway ever. Food was slapped together with minimal care and/or training and all fell apart as soon as it was unwrapped. Staff looked like they’d rather be anywhere else but there and had terrible customer service. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.

The meatball sub on a footlong roll was disappointing, with only a small amount of lettuce. The store is clean, but there should be more salad options available.

Conveniently located at the end of the Sydney Newcastle freeway/motorway, with good parking. As usual, the standard of food from Subway Thornton is healthy and tasty.

Who microwaves and then toasts the bread with salad already on it. It's the way we make she said.....It was gross and inedible. Sales assistant acted like she would rather not be there. Wont be back.
