"The service was absolutely terrible! Who hired these people?! The drive-thru attendant was clearly overwhelmed and had a breakdown while we were there. We were also unable to get a proper reception from the ordering machine, and to make matters worse, the staff behind us were receiving their orders before us. It's just unacceptable!"

People come here for dependable, affordable food in a clean environment, and we can attest to that from our one visit during our six-month journey. This location is clearly the flagship store, well-managed and maintained by the company. It was quite busy on Christmas. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, service a 4, and atmosphere a 4.

Very sad to see an older couple leaving from frustration abode. No one would help them to order after they asked twice how they use the ordering machines, the things have to change to make it easier.
