Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Location is suffering. Floor is always sticky like they mop it with Kool aid. Overall the restaurant smells like a old mop.My online order was never put on the pick up rack it just sat behind the counter getting cold.

Normally this Zaxby's is bussin' but today I ordered a loaded fry and got a cold soggy not-loaded fry, it was literal garbage I'm positive they gave me an older meal sitting around they had been eating out of.

Ok,but slipping chicken don't need to be like jerky,and servers need to keep extra grease in kitchen when bag is soaked it gets in cust car!! They leave alot to be desired!! Managers wake up and leed more then manage!!

Favorite place to eat when I come to town. Always friendly service.
