Slices Pizzeria - Thomaston

We ordered Buffalo chicken fries, which were quite good, along with a jumbo pepperoni pizza and a jumbo Hawaiian pizza. Unfortunately, both pizzas were undercooked and doughy, and they were swimming in grease. It didn't seem worthwhile to mention this to our waitress since she hardly checked on us. This was our first visit to this restaurant, and it will certainly be our last. To make matters worse, when the bill arrived, I handed my credit card to the waitress, and when she returned, I discovered our bill had increased because of an added surcharge.

Horrible experience. We where up here working and say this place and thought we would try it. We are construction workers who only get so much time for lunch. We put our orders in when we where seated and we waited for an hour and a half for our food. We watched others get served before us that came in after us and when we did get our food it was cold. They had one server for inside and one for outside with one cook and some sitting behind the bar drinking a beer and sat on the phone the whole time we where there. I understand people are short staffed these days but it’s pretty disappointing when you bring a crew of guys in and you get served cold food and no refills on your drinks. I wouldn’t recommend it. Cool restaurant but poor service
