V Lounge Cafe Cocktail - Thera

Went to Santorini for the 6th time last year and I think it has one of the best breakfast options on the whole island!!! We had discovered the VLounge years before as a cocktail bar in the evenings, but were all the more pleasantly surprised when we booked our 2022 vacation in the Panorama Boutique Hotel below and were able to enjoy the accompanying breakfast in the VLounge. There is hardly any other hotel in Fira that offers such great breakfast service, offerings and friendly staff. Our vacation in October 2024 is already booked of course in the Panorama Boutique Hotel with breakfast in the VLounge! 2 girls from Austria!

I'll start by saying that the shop has an amazing view, but what shop in the Fira caldera doesn't? Now let's go to the minutes. Rather, we should speak English and pretend to be foreign tourists, maybe we'll get good service! It is unacceptable for them to see Greeks and, really, to disparage them. Honestly, I have encountered this in many shops in Santorini and, even though I am originally from the island, it irritates me beyond imagination to see such behavior among Greek tourists. A typical example is that we sat down at the same time 3 Greeks and in front of us 3 Americans. Only they didn't put the straw in the mouth of the Americans, while we were thrown our drinks and left. So who do they think they are? If I could, I would put a minus on the rating. Finally, it goes without saying that although I always tip the staff, I didn't give them a single euro.

Can't beat the views here! Stunning views overlooking the water, relaxing vibe and good service. Nice breakfast menu with lots of healthy options. Price per person: €20–25 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
