I decided to spend my afternoon with my friend George at your cafe Despite Mara's excellent service, if I remember her name correctly, I was surprised that there were no coasters and no matter how hard the girl tried to collect the water from the ice with paper towels, the inevitable happened. There is no excuse for a restaurant in Santorini with a caldera view not to have a coaster. The only reason I gave it a 3 and not a one was the service from the guys who work here.
