Crest Hill Antiques Tea Room

Delightfully quaint and a welcome change from the usual. A large selection of teas to choose from and a good variety of food offerings to complement. Ordering the combo plates and platters gives a good variety of what is offered. All items were done well with great flavor. Overall, it was a very approachable and enjoyable way to experience tea service.

Enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea at Crest Hill. New ownership has brought online reservations but a classic menu of sandwiches, pastries, and of course, scones. Saturday brings BOGO scones to take home and a wide selection of loose left teas to chose from. Definitely worth a road trip to The Plains, VA for a filling set of tea selections and savories, along with a quaint small town to explore.

Delightful small intimate classic English tea room. Menu features a full selection of every imaginable tea served properly hot. Lunch was a curried chicken salad sandwich on a croissant for me and a turkey sandwich for my wife. Tea pots were refilled as requested and lunch was followed by two delicious, freshly baked, cranberry/orange scones with the addition, of course, of clotted cream and strawberry jam.

This place is adorable. Went here with a large group and had the comfort in a cuppa and strawberry bliss teas. Both were lovely. Ordered the full Monty and the sandwiches were great and I think the chocolate chip scone was the best scone I 've ever had. Two in our party were gluten-free and said their food was great as well. Our large group of 7 had a fantastic time. The food was delicious especially the scones and the waitresses were wonderful and attentive. We love all the mismatched silverware, tea cups, tea cozies and tea pots.
