Either the service is too slow. I have gone to 1 and they have no Cuban bread available and have won 't bake either and today I ask for a Guava Pastolito (also) and that is what I have! Where is the Guayaba? Someone has to monitor the operation of the bakery if they want to return customers. Maybe it's because they have so many bakeries and some just slip through their fingers. I have no idea. Follow the Cake party!
Probably the best bakery in town. Staff there have great service and do not ignore. If you are looking for pan con tortilla!!!! Here's the place to get it! Don't think twice just get.
All fresh and delicious! Great customer service too!
This place is always out of Cangrejitos de jamón. I don’t understand why they don’t make more if they sell so well. I have been there many times to buy them and they are always out. The person that is supposed to help customers ignores the fact that the line is out the door. She takes her time putting trays into the class compartments and does not even look at the customers. It takes a very long time to be helped. They don’t seem to care, it appears as if they are unhappy and do not feel like working. The service is terrible. The food is good, but the service disappoints every time.
I have a couple of serious concerns with this location. First of all, they usually only have one or two employees taking care of customers. Meanwhile, there are usually 8 or more employees prepping food in the back. When the lines get long, everyone should pause what they are doing, and take care of the long lines of customers. Secondly, the cashier has gloves on and accepts cash payments, and then uses the same dirty cash-handled gloves to handle food. Having gloves on does not mean it is safe to handle food after they have come into contact with cash.
