Przekaż informację zwrotnąI went to Bay Plaza for lunch and was disappointed by the poor service. There were 10 people ahead of me in line with only one cashier open. I waited 15 minutes just to place my order, and then had to wait an additional 25 minutes before asking for my order. The staff couldn't give me an estimate on when my order would be ready because they could only see 4 orders at a time, none of which were mine. I spoke to a manager who was unhelpful, only offering to refund my money. I had only ordered soup, so this was not acceptable. The manager could have easily resolved the situation by fulfilling my order, which would have taken less than a minute. The employees seemed disorganized and inefficient, running around without clear direction. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of organization and poor management at this restaurant.
I visited Panera Bread on Tuesday, November 15th at 1 o'clock. I was extremely impressed by the customer service I received at the register, as well as the service provided to me and other customers at the pick-up counter. Despite encountering some rude customers, I was pleased to see such great customer service and professionalism. As someone living in the Bronx, it is unfortunately common to experience poor attitudes in the food industry, so it was a pleasant surprise to have such a positive experience at Panera Bread. I wish I knew the names of the staff so I could properly praise them for their excellent service. Thank you for the delicious food and great service!
For some reason, this Panera Bread location is always packed with customers and has a very long wait time. Even if you place an order ahead of time, you can still expect to wait 35-40 minutes. The staff working in the kitchen seems to be doing their best to work quickly, but there is something off about this place.
That is my second bad experience with this facility. 1. I ordered a margarita flatcake pizza instead of the worker that they no longer have basilikum, he gave me the pizza and that was it. Today I went to redeem my birthday cake, I ordered a vanilla cinnamon roll. the roll she gave me had absolutely no icing on her I asked the cash she could put on her more she said the amount that was on the roll was the right amount. I gave them the would-be roll back and got a muffin, but I know from my experience that I will not be back to this facility.
Curbside Visited this location on 10/8/22My online order was made incorrectly. Samantha immediately rectified my order issue and redelivered with a smile. Her customer service is impeccable.Please give her a raise!Thank you again Samantha :
